SAN FRANCISCO, May 22, 2025 – Rejigg announced today that Competitive Solutions Inc. (CSI), an industry leader in business transformation, leadership development, and digital execution systems, has been acquired by Bridgeview Legacy Holdings, Inc, a private investment firm led by Rob Kornblum. Rob Kornblum will assume the responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer and President of CSI. Shane Yount will transition into the role of Chairman, where he will continue to be deeply engaged in leading, mentoring, and representing the CSI portfolio of capabilities across the organizations and industries they serve. This leadership transition represents a bold step forward for CSI, building on more than 30 years of Shane Yount’s visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to client success.
