Your privacy in the app
A guide to the app’s data controls. Read this with our privacy policy.
Account and deal data
The app uses your Rejigg account, profile, messages, business searches, meeting details, and deal activity to provide its features. Photos and files you choose to upload go to Rejigg and become available to participants with permission. Documents and offers can contain financial information.
Alerts and device information
The app registers an installation identifier, platform, app version, and alert permission state. Registration can occur with alerts off. When you enable alerts, we also use a push token. Expo, Apple, and Google deliver push alerts. Alerts hide names and details by default. Message text stays inside the app. You can enable details in Settings → Privacy and data. This preference applies to future alerts on all your devices.
Drafts and downloaded files
Unsent message drafts stay encrypted on your device for up to seven days. Recovered drafts do not send automatically. The app stores authentication tokens in the device’s protected storage. It downloads files to private app storage for display. Settings → Privacy and data lets you remove local drafts and downloaded files without an internet connection. This does not delete messages or files already on Rejigg.
Photos, files, and calendars
You choose photos and files through the device picker. The app does not upload your whole library or address book. Meeting and video tools can open a browser or another app. Those services ask for the permissions they need.
Diagnostics and website pages
Configured app builds send filtered error diagnostics to Sentry to help us fix failures. The native app has no advertising SDK. Pages opened on our website use the website’s privacy and cookie practices. The main privacy policy describes our other providers, AI tools, communications, and recordings.
Your choices
Use Settings for alert categories, preview details, local draft removal, blocked contacts, and account deletion. A contact block stops new deal messages and proxy calls through Rejigg in both directions. It does not remove existing deal records, cancel meetings, or stop contact outside Rejigg.
