Rejigg Anti Spam Policy

Rejigg does not advertise this web site or our services using unsolicited messages. We prohibit employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from sending unsolicited commercial communications (including email, SMS, instant messages, robocalls, or social DMs) that promote Rejigg or link to rejigg.com.

What we send

• Account and service communications that are necessary to operate the marketplace (e.g., saved-search alerts, buyer↔seller messages, security notices, receipts).

• Marketing messages only to users who have explicitly opted in. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe and our physical mailing address.

What we do not allow

• Cold or bulk email/SMS to advertise Rejigg or link to rejigg.com.

• Use of purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party lists.

• Affiliate or partner promotions to non-consenting recipients.

• Hidden or misleading headers, subject lines, or identities.

Consent, opt-out, and suppression

• We record consent (time, source, and IP when available).

• Unsubscribes take effect immediately and are permanently suppressed.

• We honor local laws, including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), and GDPR/ePrivacy (EU/UK).

Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, removal from our partner program, and any other remedies available to us.

Reporting abuse

If you believe Rejigg was promoted to you via an unsolicited message, or you want to report abuse, email hello@rejigg.com. We investigate and, when applicable, suppress the recipient and remediate within two business days.
