Yes. There is no listing fee, no retainer, and no owner success fee on the Rejigg platform. Buyers can start on a free plan or pay for a subscription, and pay a success fee when their deal closes. Legal, accounting, and financing costs are separate in any sale, and they stay with you.

Rejigg Assist is an optional paid service. We quote the scope and pricing individually. The price depends on your business and the work you want us to take on. There is no exclusivity, and we agree on the scope with you on a call before you commit.

Brokers charge 5–10% of the sale price at closing, and many also ask for an upfront retainer. Exclusivity of 6–12 months is common. Hypothetical: on a $2 million sale, 5–10% is $100,000 to $200,000. The core Rejigg platform charges owners no success fee. Assist adds broker-style deliverables with no exclusivity.

Yes. Most owners start with the free tools, a valuation, an anonymous business profile, and buyer matching, and add Assist if they decide they want hands-on help with the summary document, outreach, or conversation management.
