All Logistics Cargo
Twenty-Eight Years of Freight, One Handoff

The Business
All Logistics Cargo has moved international freight from the Port of Los Angeles since 1996. As a licensed NVOCC and freight forwarder, it plays travel agent for cargo: booking ocean container space, coordinating an international network of agents, and handling niches as specific as loading passenger cars into containers for overseas buyers. The operation runs deliberately lean, with deep relationships doing the work a big overhead structure would otherwise do.
Michael Kuhfal spent his whole career in ocean freight, from Evergreen to NVOCC work in Australia and the United States, before building All Logistics from scratch. Twenty-eight years in and semi-retired, he wanted a buyer who would take the company forward while keeping him involved as an advisor rather than an operator.
Transaction Timeline
How the Deal Happened
Michael connected with Syed Warsi on Rejigg in June 2024, and the two worked out an LOI by August 2024. The deal closed in April 2025 as a genuinely cross-country handoff: a buyer in New Jersey, a business at the Port of LA, and a transition built on Michael staying close as an advisor while the new owner invested in growth.
Deal Highlights
Founded 1996
Nearly three decades of international freight forwarding from the Port of LA.
Cross-Country Deal
Buyer in New Jersey, business in Los Angeles, closed remotely.
Founder Stayed Close
The founder remained as an advisor through the transition.
Repeat Rejigg Buyer
The buyer returned to acquire a second company through the platform.
The Buyer
Syed Warsi came in with a growth thesis: keep the founder advising, add salespeople, and expand the service mix beyond ocean containers. The acquisition was his first through Rejigg, and he liked the model enough to come back, later acquiring OnTrak Software through the platform as well.
