OnTrak Software makes point-of-sale promotion management tools for beer, wine, and soft-drink distributors, including Anheuser-Busch branches and top wine houses. The whole company traces back to one distributor owner admitting she had no idea what happened inside her own print shop, and every major feature since has been built at a paying customer's request. Churn is close to nonexistent, and at the time of sale the product was mid-rewrite onto a modern web and mobile stack.

After the founder passed away unexpectedly, chairman John Habbert, a Cincinnati angel investor, personally kept the company funded and steady while running the search for its next owner. He wanted more than a check: the business had plateaued for years without a real sales function, and he was looking for a buyer who would finally build one.

OnTrak connected with buyers on Rejigg in December 2024 and drew four offers. The process stayed genuinely competitive to the end, and Syed Warsi won it with persistence, staying engaged through two rounds of diligence while rivals dropped away. His LOI was signed in May 2025 and the deal closed in July 2025.

Syed Warsi acquired OnTrak through his holding company as his second Rejigg acquisition, following All Logistics Cargo. He engaged on product strategy from the very first call, pitching a vision for dynamic in-store signage of the kind national retailers use, and came in committed to giving a loyal customer base the sales and product investment it had waited years for.
