MiO (formerly Mobisoft) solves a problem every wholesale distributor knows: legacy ERP and warehouse systems that were never built for how customers actually want to order. Its mobile ordering layer bolts onto those systems and gives grocery and convenience stores a custom app for placing orders directly with their distributor. Trusted by more than 14,000 users managing over a million SKUs, the product earned the kind of loyalty most software companies only talk about, with client relationships routinely running a decade or longer, built almost entirely without sales and marketing spend.
Dave Ulrich built and ran MiO from Arizona for two decades, carrying the product with a deliberately small team. By the time he came to Rejigg he knew two things: the business had more growth in it than he had energy left to chase, and getting it there would take a new owner with fresh legs and real relationships in the distribution world. He wanted a buyer he could hand the keys to and still help through the transition.

Jennifer Grenz brought a background in wholesale and retail scanning technology that overlapped directly with MiO's customer base, and the pair came in with a growth thesis rather than a cost-cutting one: keep what works, add the sales muscle the product never had, and let a proven piece of software finally reach its market.
